Please choose your products carefully! At KILLTHEBEASTBAND we usually do not offer exchange of products free of charge.
If you have selected a size of an item that doesn’t fit you, if you changed your mind, your circumstances have changed or you found a better product elsewhere, in this case, Killthebeastband charge you 40% of the product price as a restocking fee. Customer is also charged with the return shipping fee.
If your order is marked ‘On backorder’, this means you ordered something that is currently out of stock. Please, don’t worry we are working hard on it and we will send it to you as soon as possible. Usually it takes us one week to fulfill this kind of order. If it will take us longer than expected we will contact you via e-mail.
To cancel your order before dispatch, we recommend that you contact us at shop@killthebeastband.com as soon as possible after placing your order. We will do our best to cancel your order before it is dispatched. That way your funds will be returned without any fees.
At KILLTHEBEASTBAND we strive to offer best service available for our customers. Occasionally though, you may want to return items. We are more than happy to refund you 60% of the item price if you return our goods within 14 days of delivery, as long as, they are in resellable condition with any packaging and labels intact.

We do NOT cover the cost of shipping that customer may have when sending the item back to us.
KILLTHEBEASTBAND guarantees the quality of products with supplier or manufacturer warranty. Guarantee is valid in conjunction with supplied invoice. In case of malfunctions resulting from incorrect use, negligence or mechanical damage, warranty is void. Warranty claims are also null in case of visible signs of modification or negligent behaviour. According to the Consumer Protection Act the customer has the right to notify the supplier (via email) of contract cancellation within 14 days of receipt if not satisfied with ordered products, without having to state reasons for doing so. Products must be returned no later than 30 days after the cancellation of the contract, unused and undamaged, except when damage was not caused by the customer. The expenses incurred by the consumer when returning products are 50% of the price and the direct shipping cost. The return is deemed in time if the parcel is submitted in the required time. The purchase price for the returned products will be wired to the customer’s bank account or be left available in store credit for successive orders. The funds will be returned no later than 15 days after receiving the returned products.
Returned items should be sent in a new bubbled envelope with your address in top left corner – this should be done to avoid any unnecessary inconveniences with delivery of returned items.

If the package has been unclaimed / unable to be delivered and thus returned to our address we will contact you via email and confirm your address. After confirming your address or you providing us with a new one, we will reship your order with no additional cost.
However, if the package is left unclaimed / unable to be delivered and returned to us for the second time, you will have to, to obtain reshipment of your order, complete payment of the reshipping charge. If the customer declares, during any contact established by any means of communication, he does not wish to receive messages in this way, the company is obliged to no longer send any messages intended to establish a contract for the sale of any goods or services. We may collect statistics regarding the use of our webshop, such as traffic patterns and related site information, but this information will not include any personal identifying information.
